Deliveries & Returns
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone call.
When your order is delivered depends on your delivery address:
UK standard tracked - allow 2-3 working days.
UK next working day - 24 hours. Orders must be placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Europe tracked – allow 3-7 working days
Rest of the World
Worldwide tracked - allow 7-21 working days
Delivery charges are based upon a secure delivery service that can be tracked.

We can not dispatch parcels on a bank holiday. Order will be dispatched the following working day.
2. Customers / Import duties
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.
3. Attempted deliveries
We cannot refund you until the Products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the Products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but we will have to charge you the delivery fees.
4. Lost parcels
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 14 working days of the date of despatch. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 14 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deem lost in transit by the relevant delivery company.
5. Missing or damaged Goods
Please inform us as soon as possible if any Products are damaged on receipt or missing from your order.
If you do find that a Product is damaged or is missing from your parcel, we will do our best to find out why. We try to provide the best service we can, but we are only human and we can make mistakes.Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your contact number if you would rather speak to someone than have us write back.
If you notify a problem to us under this Condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(i) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(ii) to replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
(iii) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question in accordance with these Conditions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
COVID 19 UPDATE - Due to current circumstances, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. Many drop off points are operating at a reduced capacity, please expect there could be delays with your return being processed as well.
We hope that you love your NINE+QUARTER maternity and nursing clothes but we also understand that returns are inevitable, so we offer our customers a full refund for unworn items that are returned in a sellable condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
Orders above £50 with a UK shipping address are eligible for FREE Returns.
For UK orders below £50 and orders with shipping addresses outside the UK, Returns postage is made at your own cost.

Returns & Exchange Policy
1.1. Products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 30 days after receipt. NINE+QUARTER Ltd cannot accept returns of non-faulty Products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed.
1.2. To process your return, please go to https://nine-and-quarter.co.uk/a/returns. Once you have selected the items you wish to return we will email you a Collect+ returns label along with shipping guidelines.
1.3. Returns will be sent via Collect+ tracked delivery to the following Returns Address:

1.4. At this point in time we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
1.5. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email of your eligibility to receive a refund.
1.6. Provided that the Product is returned in a resellable condition, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days of receipt of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

GENERALWe shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
