In order to help make your visit as easy as possible we have tried to answer some of the most frequently asked questions below.

How can I contact you?
You can contact us via email, we’re always happy to hear from our customers and aim to provide a truly great service. Please include your contact number if you would rather speak to someone than have us write back.
What methods of payment do you take?
We take most major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer Paypal as a payment option.
Is your credit card service secure?
Yes. Your online payments are taken securely by using Shopify Payments which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your credit card details are not stored by NINE+QUARTER Ltd.
How do I know when my order has been received?
When we have received your order you will get a confirmation email from us.
What if I didn't get an order confirmation?
Sometimes order confirmations can be found in your junk mail box, check there first. If it is not there and you are concerned please get in touch with us and we can double check your order has been received.

PROMOTIONS & VOUCHERS
I have a promotional code that does not work. What do I do?
Is your code still valid? Our voucher codes have expiry dates. If you believe it is valid, please contact us via email: email@example.com.
How long before my order is delivered?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone call.
When your order is delivered depends on your delivery address:
UK tracked 48 - allow 2-3 working days.
UK next working day - 24 hours. Orders must be placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Europe tracked – allow 3-7 working days
Rest of the World
Worldwide tracked - allow 7-21 working days
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are based upon a secure delivery service that can be tracked. Costs for this service are dependant on where you want your parcel to be delivered. Postage and packing charges are as follows:
UK tracked 48 - £5.50
UK next working day - £7.99
Free shipping on orders above £50
Europe tracked - £14.99
Free shipping on orders above £125
Rest of the World
Worldwide tracked - £20
Free shipping on orders above £150
Can I send one order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately to minimise credit card fraud we do not allow one order to be sent to multiple addresses.
Will I have to pay import duties?
There may be import duties if you live outside the European Union which you will be liable for. Your local customs office will inform you if that is the case.
What happens if the item does not fit or I do not like it?
We hope that you love your NINE+QUARTER maternity and breastfeeding clothes but we also understand that returns are inevitable, so we offer our customers a full refund for purchases returned within 30 days in perfect, unworn condition with original tags.
Orders above £50 with a UK shipping address are eligible for FREE Returns.
For UK orders below £50 and orders with shipping addresses outside the UK, Returns postage is made at your own cost.

Where do I get a returns label?
To register your return and obtain a FREE Collect+ returns label, please go to https://nine-and-quarter.co.uk/a/returns.
What happens if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt?
If a shipment is damaged in transit please follow the instructions below so we can rectify this for you:
Please send us an email with clear photographic evidence of the damaged item/s and packaging. We recommend sending 2-3 photographs.
Mark the email “Damaged goods” in the subject line and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all claims must be made within 3 working days of the parcel being delivered.
How will I be refunded for a return?
We are very happy to provide full refunds for all items returned within 30 days in an unworn condition with original tags. However, please note we can only refund the card that was used for the original transaction.
Your returns will be processed within 3 working days from the date we receive them but please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I wash and look after my purchases?
All our clothes are made with quality organic or other natural fabrics. To make it as easy for you to care for your NINE+QUARTER maternity and breastfeeding clothes, all our items are machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius.
We recommend that you wash and iron your products inside out and iron or tumble dry on low heat. DO NOT bleach your products.

Can I be one of your models?
We are always on the look-out for pregnant women and new mum to model our clothes. If you are interested in taking part in our photoshoots and videos, please email your photos to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

All personal information you supply to us will be treated in accordance with Data Protection Act and we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data including the use of encryption technology. We will only read cookies from your cookie file placed there through your web browser’s interaction with the site.
How do I unsubscribe to emails?
If you do not wish to receive any further email messages from us please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
